We charge a flat shipping rate of $10.50 on orders less than $75.00. Orders are shipped U.P.S. Ground (U.S.A. only) or USPS priority mail. Special Handling orders such as second day delivery will be charged at the delivery service’s rate and Pepper-Spray-Online should be contacted before placing the order. Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm CST). If we are not able to ship within that time, we will notify you by e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE:
· Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
· Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
· Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives ans batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories).
· We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
· Stun devices cannot be shipped to New york, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, or the city of Philadelphia.
· Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped to New York, Massachusettes or Wisconsin.
If you need to return an item you have 3 days from the date you received it. You must e-mail us at: service@pepper-spray-online.com with your Name, Address, Item to be returned and if you want your credit refunded or new Item. We will send you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization ) which needs to be on the outside of the box. Pepper Spray cannot be returned unless defective or unopened. Absolutely no returns accepted without an RMA. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective returned items.
